Hey there! I'm soham.
I do content creation and marketing at CarrerXlerate, where I edit videos, talk to leads and build lead generation pipelines to find our target audience and get them interested about our product and services.
work experience
social media content creation
i run our instagram and linkedin page, which includes bulding the strategy, the calendar,editing reels, carousels, writing captions, plus writing long form content like articles on substack and medium
mentor and alumni interviews
i sit down with senior people across ai engineering, cloud, cybersecurity and product, and with alumni who have gone through the program, and i turn those chats into reels and written content to post on our platform like substack, medium, instagram, facebook and linkedin
getting in our leads and conversion
i built and run our instagram DM funnel (manychat), our email nurture sequence using mailchimp, and a linkedin outbound system which used apify, i also message live DM on our socials with leads which came in through our CTA on reel and videos on our socials, make sure they are our target audience, and setting up meetings with our team at CareerXlerate
My work
I work part time, creating and verifying posts before we decde on boosting it on our platforms, my focus is convery stories of our alumni and mentorship of our leads to people, and building a marketing engine that respects, and provides value to the audience we are trying to serve
My hobbies
when I am free, I like to workout and take walks at night in the city or in nature. I also enjoy watching movies in theatres especially with friends and spend time with my friends and family. I am also fond if learning different languages and running.
I started off coding when I was in the 10th grade, where I saw some of my seniors writing code on their computer and I the colours and the entire technical vibe of it really intrigued me so then i started watching some basic coding tutorials like coding in Python during the lock down, where i gained a deep facintaion for coding, later on in that year I also started to code a REST API using express js and django, my first time devling in backend developemnt and that where the interesting in programming really grew for me.
